How long does it take to receive my order?
We didn’t anticipate that many of our products would become so popular and even go viral on social media. As a result, our stock is limited, and the current delivery time is 6 to 12 business days.
If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will notify you as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding.
To compensate for this, we are currently offering free shipping.
Update: Most packages in the Netherlands are now arriving a bit faster! Typically, you will receive your package within 10 business days.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to the unexpected popularity of our products, our stock is limited, and the delivery time is currently 6 to 12 business days. We appreciate your patience!
If more than 12 business days have passed and you still haven’t received your package, please email us at support@rimano.uk We will investigate the status of your shipment for you.
How can I exchange or return my order?
Please contact our customer service at support@rimano.uk Provide your name, order number (e.g., #0000), and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return process. After that, you can send your order back using a courier of your choice.
What is the return period?
The return period is 14 days, starting from the day you receive your order.
What are the costs for returning my order?
Unfortunately, return shipping costs are at your own expense. The exact cost depends on the courier. Please check the website of your preferred courier for detailed pricing information.
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
You can only return your order if:
